whale christening cake

 
i have been without internet for 5.5 days-ahh! but it has made me quite productive and in that time i have been working on my new website and some new wedding cake designs! i thought i would quickly share this cute christening cake with you before i start catching up on emails...!

Would love to know how you molded the whale.. my niece birthday is coming up and I would love to do her cake toper similar to your cake topper.. did you use rice crispy to mold it? then covered it in ganache? or buttercream and then fondant? As you can see I'm trying to pick your brain :) it will be so awesome if you share a tuturial! Keep up the excellent work, all of your cakes are stunning!
